Factory Product Warranty

All products come with 12 months limited warranty from shipment date.

Product functions, ports, parts and firmware are covered by the factory warranty.

Physical damages are not covered by warranty.

Products Warranty Claim Process

  1. Describe product problems to our support team;
    Preferred to have photos or screenshots;

  2. We will check the information, and we may perform remote troubleshooting;

  3. We may request related products to be sent into our Singapore Yishun Warehouse for inspection (customer pays for related shipment costs, if there is any);

  4. If product problem is not covered by default warranty service, we will advise customer accordingly.
